- ¼ cup of Kraut Juice-we recommend Kowboy Kraut juice for this recipe, but any kraut juice will add deliciousness and longevity.
- 2 Large egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon of mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 cup of olive oil or avocado oil
- Place all ingredients in a quart sized canning jar
- Insert your immersion blender into the jar and push down all the ingredients- Blend for about 20 seconds or until fully blended
- Transfer your probiotic rich mayo into a container with a lid-the mayo will firm up in the fridge.
- Note: This product will last about 3 months refrigerated.
