How to Make Kraut Juice Mayo

*Note, this recipe calls for raw eggs- if you have a compromised immune system, we do not recommend using raw eggs


  • ¼ cup of Kraut Juice-we recommend Kowboy Kraut juice for this recipe, but any kraut juice will add deliciousness and longevity.
  • 2 Large egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard powder 
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 cup of olive oil or avocado oil


  • Place all ingredients in a quart sized canning jar
  • Insert your immersion blender into the jar and push down all the ingredients- Blend for about 20 seconds or until fully blended
  • Transfer your probiotic rich mayo into a container with a lid-the mayo will firm up in the fridge. 
  • Note: This product will last about 3 months refrigerated.
