    Can tell it’s a healthy product, just think it would be better without the salt.

    Thanks Jess!!! Appreciate youre feedback. Salt is an essential nutrient, meaning our bodies can't make it so we must take it. Salt has gotten a really bad wrap since the start of processed foods and processed salt. Not essential. Think about the first thing they do at the hospital is to put an IV in you for fluids and it's SALT WATER! Salt also helps iniate the fermentation process and keeps the bad bacterias at bay so the good guys can flourish. Some health professionals say if a product is tasting to salty or to sweet, it could be a sign of dehydration. Drink some water!! And put a single grain of sea salt on your tongue for instant hydration. Thank you for bringing up the salt so we could spill the tea. :)

    Can't start my morning without my Kavass Shot! Arrives all packaged nice and tight. Just gotta get it in the Fridge ASAP! :) Love it!

    Yes! Fermented foods are temperature tolerant for an extended petiod of time.....some for MONTHS! It's best to put in fridge right away to extend the life. THANK YOU for sharing!
