Shipping policy

Be advised we ship priority mail by the USPS.  Your product will arrive at temperature and is completely fine.  

Our krauts are notorious for leaking.  They get so excited they start furiously fermenting during shipping.  We package them in a bag to contain their excitement and apologize if we arrive messy.  Please rinse your jar and place in the refrigerator and they will calm down.  If your lid is bubbled up, that again is from fermenting in a tight space.  Your product is good and fermented.  Please enjoy.

If your beet kvass arrives looking like a bottle of tea and not the vibrant purple/red you see in the picture, please give us a shout and we will replace it right away.  That is oxidized and while the ph is safe, it's not our best and ask you to toss it.  We will send you a fresh bottle out.  

If your bottles or jars have broken in transit, please take a pic and reach out.  We will replace it. 

If your tracking number says delivered but you did not receive it, please reach out to your mailman.  Maybe they missed it.  File a claim and give us a call, under most circumstances we will replace it.  We have no control over the USPS or porch pirates but want our customers to be happy.
