We suggest and each customer receiving a shipment from Garden Garden Ferments, refrigerate their product(s) immediately upon receipt to preserve their freshness. While we take great steps to package your order securely, some leakage may occur, which is a natural occurrence for fermented foods.
Garden Goddess Ferments does not replace or refund for any product that has experienced minor leakage due to shipping. If you find you are completely unsatisfied with your order, GG Ferments will refund up to $13.00 USD to reimburse for the cost of shipping and handling.
Should your order arrive damaged beyond usage or consumption, Garden Goddess Ferments will refund your purchase in full, including all shipping costs. In order for your refund to be approved, all customer must submit a detailed description of the damage, including a photo of the condition of the delivery and email directly to email@example.com.
All shipping options are provided in the drop-down menu of your checkout and cart process; if your zip code is eligible for door-to-door delivery, you will be shown this as a choice for selection. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm delivery. If your order is shipping via traditional transit methods, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Customers can also check the status of their order on the 'My Account' page on this website.
