Beet Kvass Fermented Beet Tonic

Apple Horse 

Organic Apples, Kale  and Mint,  Horseradish root, and tons of love

This is our most mild kraut, but don’t let that mildness fool you.  Apple Horse is loaded with horseradish!  Fermentation tones down the sting of horseradish, so you get the benefit without the burn.  Did you know horseradish is good for your heart? 

Dilly Hott

Ingredients: Organic green cabbage, fresh dill, serrano chilis, Himalayan sea salt, and tons of love!

We were dilly before dilly was cool!  Nothing beats a sour dill with a little heat.  Along with cabbage and serrano, chili’s a couple of tablespoons a day is a great vitamin C boost for the body. 

Kowboy Kraut

All Organic Green Cabbage, Celery, Red Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Green Chile, Garlic, Sea Salt, Cumin, Peppercorn, and Tons of Love.

Hold your hat on; this kraut is loaded with flavor, and the cumin gives it a southwest finish.  Those colorful vegetables are loaded with antioxidants, and of course, your gut will thank you! 

Power Kraut

All Organic Red Cabbage, Carrots, Green Onions, Cilantro, Garlic, Turmeric, Ginger, Himalayan Sea Salt, and Tones of Love.

Power kraut is our flagship product and is loaded with veggies and herbs to nourish the gut with an abundance of benefits.  Red cabbage holds special anti-oxidant properties along with those great anti-inflammatory herbs, garlic, turmeric, and ginger.  The ginger dominates this ferment and is a great compliment to salads.
