I use 2-3 oz. in a smoothie each morning along w/kale or spinach (frozen), dark-colored berries, banana, Greek yogurt, Almond or Coconut milk. "Hello Garden Goddess...I lived in AZ the summer of 2015. I met Suzanne at my work place, soon after doing farmers markets for her in Gilbert AZ...promoting Power Kraut...I from my own experience ate this kraut for breakfast, dinner and even a spoonful as a midnight snack...it really is a power food. I had more energy, my digestion was better and being a middle age woman I noticed my complexion was glowing...as well, 'going to the bathroom' ( which at my age can change drastically) I could tell was detoxing all the toxins out of my body!
