Tastes great but, it arrives warm after long shipping time

HI Georgina! Thanks for your review. We talk about Shipping on our website. Fermented foods are naturally preserved and can tolerate temp changes for short periods of time.....a month or so......So we take advantage of that by shipping priority (2-4 days) and avoiding the costs of shipping cold packs so we can extend that savings to the tribe. We ask you to refrigerate upon arrival to put those little probiotics at rest and provide a longer shelf life. Thanks for your business!

Healthy and Delicious Pick-Me-Up
