This recipe calls for raw eggs - if you have a compromised immune system, we do not recommend using raw eggs.
- ¼ cup of Kraut Juice - we recommend Kowboy Kraut juice for this recipe, but any kraut juice will add deliciousness and longevity.
- 2 Large egg yolks
- ½ teaspoon of mustard powder
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1 cup of olive oil or avocado oil
- Place all ingredients in a quart-sized canning jar.
- Insert your immersion blender into the jar and push down all the ingredients. Blend for about 20 seconds or until fully blended.
- Transfer your probiotic-rich mayo into a container with a lid. The mayo will firm up in the fridge.
- This product will last about 3 months refrigerated.
