How to Make Kraut Juice Mayo

Kraut juice is a great digestive loaded with probiotics, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and electrolytes. Check out this delicious recipe using our signature Kowboy Kraut juice for a probiotic rich mayo!
This recipe calls for raw eggs - if you have a compromised immune system, we do not recommend using raw eggs.


  • ¼ cup of Kraut Juice - we recommend Kowboy Kraut juice for this recipe, but any kraut juice will add deliciousness and longevity.
  • 2 Large egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon of mustard powder 
  • ½ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 cup of olive oil or avocado oil


  • Place all ingredients in a quart-sized canning jar.
  • Insert your immersion blender into the jar and push down all the ingredients. Blend for about 20 seconds or until fully blended.
  • Transfer your probiotic-rich mayo into a container with a lid. The mayo will firm up in the fridge. 
  • This product will last about 3 months refrigerated.
