I have been taking 2oz daily and my blood pressure has dropped 20 points into normal range!

I started taking the kraut at the same time I was taking the beet kvass and was getting constipated. I stopped taking the kraut and all is well again. I’m thinking that possibly too many probiotics at one time may be the culprit.
